Awards

FDR, as part of its contract with Pennsylvania’s SWAN program, has received many awards for our work and innovative thinking, including:

  • 2003 – Adoption Excellence Award to the PA Statewide Adoption & Permanency Network (SWAN) for increased adoptions
  • 2005 – Voice For Adoption Award to SWAN as the “Continuing Services to Adoptive families” award recipient for outstanding work in post-adoption services
  • 2005 – Adoption Excellence Award to SWAN – Legal Services Initiative Project for the decrease in the length of time that children in foster care wait for adoption
  • 2006 – Adoption Excellence Award – SWAN for support to adoptive families
  • 2006 – Adoption Excellence Award – SWAN / Independent Living for increased adoptions of older children
