Adopt PA Kids - The Web site of the Pennsylvania Adoption Exchange includes a photo-listing of children currently waiting for permanency and contains information about the Pennsylvania State Resource Family Association, Pennsylvania’s Heart Gallery, Medical History Registry, a newsletter and much more.
Pennsylvania State Resource Family Association (PSRFA) - is dedicated to the needs and concerns of foster parents, foster children and child placement agencies in Pennsylvania. Founded in 1974, the PSFPA represents parents and professionals who work in Pennsylvania’s resource family field. By providing technical assistance, PSRFA encourages the development of local resource family associations so issues relevant to them are positively addressed at the local level. PSRFA works to enhance the image of foster parents in Pennsylvania and to inform the public about all aspects of foster care.
Pennsylvania Statewide Adoption and Permanency Network - The Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare's Statewide Adoption and Permanency Network, administered by Family Design Resources in partnership with Diakon Lutheran Social Ministries, provides services and support to Pennsylvania children and families.

AdoptNet is sponsored by the National Adoption Center - This site is designed for pre- and post-adoptive parents. The site features online chats on a variety of topics such as subsidy, attachment, sibling groups and older child adoption. This site also offers a book listing and links to topics of interest to parents.
Child Welfare League of America (CWLA) - is the oldest and largest nonprofit organization that develops and promotes policies and programs to protect America’s children and strengthen American’s families. The site contains a publications listing, upcoming conference and program notices, articles, gifts, etc.
The Annie E. Casey Foundation fosters public policies, human service reforms and community supports that more effectively meet the needs of today’s vulnerable children and families. This foundation provides grants to public and nonprofit organizations to strengthen support services, social networks, physical infrastructure, employment, self-determination and economic vitality of distressed communities. The site features publications and “Kids Count,” a national and state-by-state effort to track the status of children in the United States.
