Diversity and Shared Leadership

FDR believes diversity and shared leadership must be integral to an organization's business plan.

Our diversity program will help your agency establish an environment that values differences and enables each individual to contribute to their maximum potential. We help you create an environment where diversity becomes the normal way of doing business. We offer a full range of services, including:

The framework of our shared leadership program is a “thinking and doing” model based on the work of Peter Senge, author of The Fifth Discipline. FDR uses Senge’s learning disciplines to:

  • facilitate building the capacity of learning organizations.
  • understand threats to growth.
  • recognize new opportunities that support growth of the organization.

Our assessments focus on both the internal and external environments of an organization. FDR will meet with all stakeholders and work with your organization to develop a strategy that addresses your own needs.
