Authorized Representative Training Scheduled for April

Family Design Resources announces registration for the next "Act 101 of 2010 Training Program for Court and Agency Appointed Authorized Representatives" to take place in April. The training, approved by the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services (DHS), is designed solely for those individuals who have been appointed as authorized representatives for the purposes of implementing Act 101 of 2010. This program is the initial two-day, 12-hour program required for Authorized Representatives.

Training will be held on April 8 and 9 at the Montgomery County Training Center, Norristown, Pennsylvania. Participants are required to complete the web-based Act 101 Overview program in advance and attend both days of the training program in full to be a credentialed Authorized Representative. This training is eligible for continuing education units of credit (CEUs) and continuing legal education units of credit (CLE).

The cost to attend is $200.
