Training

Training is essential to create and support systemic change. The Family Design Resources (FDR) philosophy is to inform and teach others how to implement our strategies and use our tools.

Consultation

FDR’s consultation services are outcome-driven and incorporate planning, implementation, evaluation and long-term sustainability.

FDR has managed both statewide and region-wide contracts. Our management programs emphasize collaboration, resource maximization and best practices.

The Statewide Adoption and Permanency Network (SWAN) supports children and youth agencies so that children in out-of-home care achieve permanency more quickly.

Diversity Conference Registration Now Open

Family Design Resources is pleased to announce that registration for “Diversity: It’s Not Just Black or White,” a two-day conference to be held May 20 and 21 in Monroeville, Pennsylvania, is now open. Anyone interested in exploring diversity issues related to service delivery to children and families is encouraged to attend. The conference is specifically geared toward resource families and professionals in the fields of child welfare, education, juvenile justice, and medical and mental health.

FDR Seeks Volunteers

FDR is seeking individuals who are interested in making a difference for marginalized children by serving as a volunteer for our organization. As a non-profit social services consulting agency, we rely on and greatly appreciate the resources of knowledge and support that our board members contribute.
